‘Nallavan’ is a Malayalam movie being directed by a debutant  Aji John ,a popular television producer and editor has been under shooting from 20th Jan,2010.

The film casts Jayasuryia in a very different role. Mythili, the girl who debuted in the Mammootty-Renjith movie ‘Palery Manickyam- Oru Pathirkolapathakathinte Katha’ has bagged the female lead in the movie. The film is being produced by  V.K Siyad under the banner of Veekay Cinemas,the cinematographer is Manoj Pillai and music  Mohan Sithara. The movie is planned to be shot at Punaloor, Chennai, Thenkasi and Madurai.the other casts in the movie are Saikumar, Shammi Thilakan, Suraj, Salimkumar, Maniyanpilla Raju, Sudheesh, Bijukuttan.
