Gutsy Urvashi Sharma was born on 1984 in New Delhi to Punjabi parents. She has two sisters and her elder sister Sucheta Sharma is also a model. She entered into the modeling world and modeled for many products like Garnier, Ponds, Kit Kat, Monte Carlo, TBZ and Globus. She has performed in Mika’s and Atif Aslaam’s music videos which become a ticket for her to Bollywood. Her first film was Naqaab in 2007 starred by Boby Deol and Akshay Khanna. During the shoot of movie ‘Naqaab’, Urvashi herself did a stunt with no doops by riding a speed boat in a high speed which really bothered the unit. She is a trained Kathak dancer and also has done a course in Vidhur’s Creating Characters Acting School.
