Rima Kallingal, runner up of Miss Kerala 2008 is the latest sensation of the Mollywood. Her penetrating eyes and charming smile makes people to fall for her beauty. She was selected as Miss Photogenic, Miss Talented, Miss Beautiful and Miss Voice in Miss Kerala Pageant 2008. Rima was a dancer by profession and have performed in national and international stages. Runner up of Miss Kerala 2008 was a total surprise, she said in an interview while she attempted it only for the exposure of dance skills.

Mollywood welcomed Rima from the movie ‘Rithu’ directed by Shyamprasad. Her performance in the film was remarkable and she started receiving more offers. Her next movie is ‘Neela Thamara’ directed by Lal Jose in which she playing a role of village girl. Impressed by her performance director al Jose decided to select her for his next Tamil movie ‘Mazhai vara pokithu’ which will be her debut film in Tamil.
