Maruti Suzuki halted the production of its sedan SX4 as it didn’t convince much of the customer’s even it was priced less than Honda City, considered to be the leader of that class.
 But the production stopped is only for a short period of time as the company has decided to come with upgraded and improved version of the model. It is said there will be significant changes with the outlook and engines will be upgraded to the terms of Bharat Stage IV. Engine is expected to have VVTi head for the existing M series engine. But there is still no news about the diesel version of SX4.
