Hansika Motwani is the daughter of Pradeep Motwani who is a businessman and Mona Motwani who is a dermatologist. She was born in Mangalore on 9th august 1991. She also has a brother named Prashant Motwani. She speaks a number of languages like English, Tulu, Hindi and Telugu. She is a student of Podar International School and has completed her 12th grade. She has gained a good experience as a model and actress. She started her career as a child artist in television serials .She has also acted in the ad of Hyundai Santro with King Khan. She won the best female debut award for the Telugu movie Desamuduru. Other movies are Bindaas and Billa.
