Divya Dutta was born on 25th September, 1977 in Ludhiana district of Punjab. Though her acting career in Bollywood started with movies like Veergati and Suraksha she was more appreciated for her role in Train to Pakistan. But the real talent of this bubbly actress was recognized by all when she dubbed for Lisa Ray in Vikram Bhatt’s Kasoor in 2001. Her acting talents were really appreciated for the movie Veer Zara for which she won the Zee Cine Award for the Best actress in a supporting role. She also earned a lot of appreciation for her appearance in the hit serial Shanno Ki Shaadi. Recently she has been so busy that she had to reject offers from even big banners.
